I am a paid, registered investor with National Property Liquidators, Inc., headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The organization is a semi-private real estate investment concierge service. Membership is through private referral only.

I seriously doubt that the SPAM you received was from NPL. I investigated them thoroughly before I joined (I was sponsored by a member). They carry an excellent BBB and D&B rating. I believe they are also FTC certified.

To my knowledge, NPL has never (in their 10 plus year history) ever solicited anything, membership or otherwise.

What do you think of NPL is it real and worth it.??
Or just another R.E. scam?
Thanks?

I looked it up under google and it leads you to buying the book Real Estate Exposed which is the same stuff Lou Vukas is pushing. I’m not sure NPL is a real company. Just my opinion.

I’m not here to bash anybody, I’m just here to state facts and find out if anyone can confirm what I have.
I filled out the pre-app and was notified nearly a month later by someone I will leave nameless. The address he/she sent me had NPL as the header and the address provided was:
5984 B Six Forks Road
Raleigh NC 27609
I ended up doing a BBB search just like Jim/James said and found this:

Jim/James, I don’t know who you are, but I noticed in March you said you were a Member of NPL, but a month later you say that you are waiting to hear from NPL about membership and telling us to be patient. We have to get some stories straight here. I am still open to NPL, I just want to know what is going on. If you want real estate investors and want to be secretive, why not just open up an exclusive reit? It would be a lot less hassle and more profit. What is the deal with these r. barry’s and L. Varkus (or whatever).
I just want a profitable place to invest, just like everyone else, right?

In response to james Hull, thank you for the wery informative remarks about npl I was just wandering if you would reveal who the vendor was that you purchased the package for $197 was. I to have an offer for what I think is the same program and i am just a bit gunshy about ordering, there are so many scams I just don’t want to get burned again. This guys initials are LV,if this is the vendor who you purchased from I would just like to know that this is really a way that I can gain access to NpL.
Thanks so much

I do not know what state they are incorporated in. It is not important to me. I have been to visit them. They do exist. I am investing with them and doing quite well, thank you. Quite honestly, I am becoming tired of attempting to convince people that they do exist. They are legitimate, honest, and a pleasure to do business with, even if they are a bit slow to respond.

First of all, what was the nature of the notification you received from NPL? I suspect that you did not receive approval. Is this true?

Secondly, I know of no connection between NPL and JGM Group, Corp. I also note that they are one block apart on the same street. So what? What conclusion are you asking us to draw?

About Money Solutions USA. Their corporate data which you supply tells me that they are not NPL. I know that all divisions of NPL are incorporated and display NPL in their corporate names. I doubt that Money Solutions USA is in any way related to NPL.

What exactly are you trying to do with the negative information you have gathered about companies unrelated to NPL?

Thus far I have purchased three NPL memberships. One for my corporation, one for myself, and one for a family member. I am about to purchase five more ? one for an LLC and four for family members.

Except for their slow response to virtually everything, I am very happy with my NPL membership/s.

If you read the remainder of my posts you will learn something of the operating philosophy of NPL. They were founded as a closed corporation, and have always conducted business privately for the benefit of their registered investors. Although they have of necessity opened up their membership somewhat, I see nothing sinister in the fact that they continue to conduct business in a manner similar to when organized.

And about privacy ? I have incorporated two companies. Both are closed corporations and operate privately, i.e., not for the public. I dare you to find them. Why does everyone assume that there must be some sinister motive for operating privately? It is done to protect assets, especially cash and real estate assets, from legal attacks upon what would otherwise be my personal estate.

I received e-mail too. They do have a web-site—and it costs nothing to become an investor with them—except for perhaps down-payment. HOWEVER, they give no address or contact information. I strongly urge you to check them out with BBB online.

the only NPL I’ve heard of buys homes at wholesale prices, (mainly MI, IN)then offers them to a cash only buyer, you must prove you have cash in bank before bidding. Ive seen their website they show pictures of the houses for sale.

Im curious about the Lou Vukas thing too. I emailed this co. and they didnt know what I was talking about.

Hi There! Listen, all I want to know is do you know if Lou Vougas is a member (or) an affiliate of NPL? He does advertise NPL on his emails. He ask for $197.00 for his cost to process orders. Lou states this course is for free and that customers will receive free membership to NPL because he has personal contact with NPL Associates. Do you know if his statements are true…Please can you answer?

This company is a scam. RUN, RUN, RUN. Martin Phillips Nossov is the clown running this company. I worked for him at NPL and RET for a while and the realized that all they are doing is taking people’s hard earned money. He was associated with JGM Group aka Money Solutions at one time. Through office goosip, he defrauded his partners and customers over there as well and is being sued by the ex-partners. Be sure to check the BBB and RE forums for any companies run by Martin Nossov, Lou Voukas and Bill Steigers. You will find nothing positive posted by real consumers. The positive items have been traced back to thier IP addresses. They are using alias names to try to reverse the negative comments.
