My question exactly! And more to the point, why do you need my good credit to do something you could do without me? DROP THE DOG AND PONY SHOW and tell us what you REALLY have to offer! I’m willing to invest in teamwork but your explanation looks like win-win-for Jim.

I received email to join, National Property Liquidators, Has anyone heard of them? are the legitimate?
They want $297. on the credit card? for their course, you get 8 CD’s
Thanks for any investors opinions.
I searched the 'net for this company. NPL is a legit co. but they have a statement indicating that they are NOT affiliated with Robert Barry’s get rich schemes. I got his email too and it sounded too good to be true so I checked it out. It is a scam. I’m not going to buy his stuff.
Are there any other DBA names they are under? I tried locating under D&B and Secretary of State Office (North Carolina) and there are no existing business name for NPL? Any assistance in locating history on NPL will be helpful. Thank you
My advice is to look before you leap. If nobody knows anything about them, then they just might be scam artists. Put the in the search engine for the archives on this site and see what turns up. Be careful of shills.

This company is a scam. RUN, RUN, RUN. Martin Phillips Nossov is the clown running this company. I worked for him at NPL and RET for a while and the realized that all they are doing is taking people’s hard earned money. He was associated with JGM Group aka Money Solutions at one time. Through office goosip, he defrauded his partners and customers over there as well and is being sued by the ex-partners. Be sure to check the BBB and RE forums for any companies run by Martin Nossov, Lou Voukas and Bill Steigers. You will find nothing positive posted by real consumers. The positive items have been traced back to thier IP addresses. They are using alias names to try to reverse the negative comments.

I also received his emails. Keep getting them. I too read and did not think it was legit. I decided to look up the company NPL and see what BBB said and other info on them. They are a legit company, but this guy, R. Barry, is trying to make money off of NPL concept saying he dished out 11K to help others get the info for $197. I am so tired of these types of people trying to get one over us honest people. He did not think we smart ones would check out his info and do some research. Some people really underestimate the rest of us.
I just got an email on this today from a Lou Vukas of Real Estate Fortunes. Vague references to contractors building houses and preselling them to this financing source at a discount so he can then have ready cash so he can get on with building more houses (not have wait for conventional finacing). This “source” is supposed to arrange a buyer for you after you buy from them so you can come out smelling like a rose with virtually no effort! C’mon! Gimme a break! Scam city! Save your $197 bucks!
I am trying to find out,
they sent me email spam,
on purchasing properties for them.
They ask for $297 in fees for books/tapes,
if you like I can forward their web address to you.
Steve
I know! NPL is truly a fraudulent company. I keep getting emails from Lou Voukas although I have unsubscribed from his site. You’re right, they keep coming out with different names. WATCH OUT!

I just received an email from Lou Vougas as I receive
many emails from him concerning real estate deals.
This is why I am checking this out now to see if he is for real (or) not. Yes Lou is offering the same deal now for $197.00 to receive the course in Audio Cassette. This course is for free and the $197.00 is just to cover his expense to send it to you. Lou also offers a full 30 day Money Back Guarantee…I still wonder if Lou is for real and if he is truly involved with NPL as he states.
