LOL, that’s awesome, couldn’t havwe said it better myself! I was searching for CUSTOMER REVIEWS when I came across this board with Carol’s ridiculous post! Wow! Well, we can leave it at that, and move on. On the subject of people looking for other’s experiences they may learn from… I just bought a great parcel all by myself with no help off E Bay! Anyway, It was such a positive experience, I thought I might like to get into buying and re-selling land. I was surfing and got a pop-up advertisement from Lou Vukas’ $197 offer. Luckily, I didn’t buy it because I just spent every dollar I had on the down payment of my parcel yesterday! But I did give my email address, so I could maybe buy the program next week…anyway, since I am a careful shopper and LOVE researching things on the net, I thought I should research the product reviews on that $197 course. I am SO glad I didn’t buy anything or agree to anything after looking all the HUNDREDS of postings on the net about the scamming Lou Vukas and his assocoated companies do! There is a place I checked, I think it was Reviews.com or something like that where I saw the most scathing reports from victims. Anyway, I thought, “Uh oh, I gave them my email!” Hurriedly, I checked my email, and sure enough, already got 3 emails from him!!! I blocked the sender on all 3. Hopefully I won’t have to change my email account like many others have had to do to avoid the horrbile scamming they apparently do! Thanks a lot to all of you who have posted about Lou Vukas, and his comanies Foreclosureworld.net and RealEstateFortunes.com!!! You can do it legit and make plently of $$, you just have to be savvy when purchasing, basically what is going to go up in value soon, and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

I?ve just come across the site for Mr. Vukas and here?s my $.02 worth:

The reason why I would purchase his book is because of the following:

I?ve been through that TV course, ?NO MONEY DOWN??and though this ?expert? is pretty knowledgeable, everyone will agree that there are only a few small areas where you could maybe make a good living. But living in California and in the heart of the ?Silicon Valley?, there was no way in hell I was going to make any money. This type of deal would never fly!

Then, if you consider what other sites on the net are offering for just about the same type of info, (Foreclosures) you?ll see way higher prices. For instance, check out this site:
http://www.preforeclosure.com/order.html

So, we can just wait until someone ?actually? closes a deal to let us know if what Mr. Vukas is saying is correct…but then you?ll have to consider the ?accountability? of that person!

Meaning…You may or may not believe what he/she says. So, the only way to find out is to actually ?pay? for the course!

I guess I just should have said??What is the cost to you to become successful?? $80? $200? Maybe $2000?
Who knows? I?ve heard this philosophy mentioned many times on other forums…

  1. Follow your ?gut? instinct
  2. Take Action
  3. Repeat steps 1 & 2

Hopefully this will guide you in the right direction!

Sincerely,

Ray

PS: Yahoo Maps are not always accurate!
Plus I?ve got folks living in Indiana and they always tell me the road signs are hard to read! :frowning:

PPS: Write to Mr. Vukas and ask him where his ‘parent’ company, “Cyber.com International” is located. Then reply back and I’ll let you know if what he is saying is correct!

Check out where his address is located using a Yahoo map. 228 West lincoln hwy, Schererville, In 46375 is right in the middle of the freeway. So much for the money back guaranty. I received his offer via internet spam and am very skeptical.

I purchased Lou’s Real Estate Uncovered, and printed out the whole thing for quick reference. It is dynamite. Very good information, good format to the forms he provides, and very practical. Worth every penny and then some. If you are a relative newbie as I am, this is a terrific addition to your creative RE reference library. Go for it.

We sent our payment in by mail and had no problem. Why don’t you write in to him and ask about it if you are skeptical? He answers pretty quickly.

i almost purchased the lou vukas product but was skeptical. i had to do some of my own research to find out more about the pros and cons. besides buying the book, would you have to fork out more money for mentoring? i read somewhere that it costs around $8K for the mentoring class. that’s a hefty amount when you’re starting out with literally nothing. my main question is, can you hit the ground running just based on reading the book by itself?

Ok… It’s Jan. 05, and I’m constantly getting Lou Vukas emails… so… the last message in this list is dated 2002. Does anyone have any kind of updates win or lose? I’m considering this for myself.

Thanx,

Just wanting to know if you have had any success with Lou Vukas’ program. Do you feel that is a legitimate system or just another scam. My husband and I have been burned in the past by scams and are very skeptical of just about everything that we see on T.V., the Internet, etc. We would really like some honest answers from others, who like us, work hard for what we have and can’t afford to be ripped off.

Thanks,

Trish

Now that a few weeks have passed, do you still feel the same way about the Lou Vukos book? Would be interested in the feedback. Thanks for advising.

I honestly thought about purchasing this program, but after reading all of the comments from everyone on the web, I think that the only person making money is Mr. Vukas. No one has said whether or not they have gained any money from using this program. If anyone does, and put’s the information online, and I am able to verify their claim…then I will purchase the program.

Lou:
Thanks for the best real estate book on the market. I’ve read a whole lot of them…and yours is the most useful, the most practical, the most lucid, the most helpful. It is without all of the useless baggage and the tons of incomprehensible verbiage! You get right to the heart of the matter that provides the careful practical solution to problems without wasting time.
Sincerely,

Well I can tell you I’ve looked at the course by Lou Vukas that my boyfriend bought not too long ago and it looks so easy to follow. My boyfriend Mike is constantly laughing at the way Lou phrases things and how he puts humor and his own personality into the course. Mike says that it helps to make a complicated field like real estate investing easier, and he also got a totally free course as a bonus just for buying the other one.

Lou seems pretty cool, especially compared to others out there. And he’s answered every single question that Mike has asked. If he closes this deal he’s working on (which he’s almost there) that course will be worth a thousand times what he’s charging for it. It already seems like that now, with all the info in it.

I highly recommend it.

Thanks,
Jenna

This Lou makes it sound too easy and I always apply the old if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. I have been receiving his e-mail for a year now and I wite to him constantly and he has only responded back once. Now there is this Jim Ross guy out there with the same e-mail as I am getting from Lou. What’s that all about. I’m also skeptical in that everything he sells he asks $197. That must be the magical number that many people can afford to spend. I just don’t know what you get for the money. Hav eyou ever read his terms and conditions? Also, his testimonials are always from somewhere that you cannot get to. I would love to speak to one person that actually bought his course(s) and made anywhere near the kind of money he alleges will come flowing in on a consistent basis.
