Why don’t YOU actually get the program and then YOU give it a full honest try and then YOU make money and then YOU tell us if it works or not. Geeesh, people like you urk me to end, winers and complainers about their lot in life but not doing anything at all to actually change it. Are you one of those people who thinks that all you have to do is wish upon a star and somehow money will fall into your lap? Don’t you know that anything worth whilw involves WORK and continuous action?
Granted, with this program the “work” that you partake in isn’t geared as a 9 - 5 job would be but it should be approached with that kind of mentality until your 1st deal is made. I bet your the kind of person who would try this program out, fail on 1 - 3 deals and then say “You SEE I KNEW this was a SCAM!”, wake up people this is REAL ESTATE and although there is a crap load of money to be made in the game it still has to played according to the rules… which few of you are committed to following through on.
So what if you’ve been burned before in the past, even if you’ve been burned 99 times and find on your 100th try that you found something that actually works for YOU (not someone else!) the other 99 times eventually wouldn’t matter anymore. Have I made money with this program, I most certainly have, but whats that to YOU?! How is what money I have made from the program (or anyone else for that matter) going to change ANYTHING at all in your situation or life right now? Do you honestly believe that NO ONE has profitted from the program? If you believe that then why are you here?
Go and prove to yourself if this course works for YOU and YOU alone. Not everyone has the same amount of determination, desire, circumstances, get up and go, resources, and faith that you have… so what does it matter to YOU? If Lou is able to explain clearly how to succeed in his method of real estate investing and outline step by step what should be done as well as provide a web site that lists crap loads of foreclosures but YOU don’t have the full determination to follow through and MAKE things happen regardless of if you fail 3, 4, 5, 6 or even 10 times… why bother?
If Lou clearly shows and explains what to do as well as provides the resources you need AND YOU have the right attitude going in then you WON’T FAIL… YOU CAN’T FAIL! Even if you tried 10 times and got nothing you would realize that what you are gaining is Real Real Estate Investing Experience, that you are getting closer to making your 1st deal, that after you have made your 1st deal those other 10 so called failures wouldn’t matter at all… but instead, you choose to sulk and imagine what may have been or to convince yourself as to why this program couldn’t possibly work based on what OTHER PEOPLE have said. I have news for you, alot of people say it works and alot of people will say it doesn’t work and guess what… YOUR GOING TO FIND THOSE RESULTS IN JUST ABOUT ANY REAL ESTATE INVESTING PROGRAM! Find me just ONE real estate program wherein EVERYONE says that it works GREAT and is God’s gift to the little guy and I’ll sell you a dream. Because of the factors that I’ve already mentioned and that plays apart in defining each of us as INDIVIDUAL human beings you WILL find that this program wont work for everyone… although it could, its more of a FACT that EVERYONE WONT WORK THE PROGRAM and will continue to moan and complain as they drag their behinds back to the 9 - 5 hell holes that they think is their safety net.
NO I’m not leaving my contact information because I don’t have time to answer phone calls saying the same things over and over and over again, that the program has and does work for me and being that little push that you think you need to go and make a purchase to change YOUR situation (not mine). I have to leave my email address and I’m sure that there will be many who will attempt to contact me regarding the program or for me to tell them that it has worked for me and how and the like but know this… I will ignore you and not respond.
I have a family (a wife, a newborn son and a 23 month old daughter) that depends on ME to make things happen for our financial future and security and I dont have time to stroke anyones ego or provide encouragement… I only wish to keep making money in real estate using the techniques that I have learned from not just this program… but the MANY that I have ordered over the past… the ones that people claim simply don’t work… tell that to the teller at my bank.
When the Gold Rush existed in America don’t you think that there were MANY people who claimed that it was a waste of time to go on mining and being out in the sun day in and day out and many that quit? Oh but the ones that the right attitude and where comitted to bettering THEMSELVES and THEIR financial situation without really caring about what worked for so and so and what didn’t work for so and so but what would work for THEM and their mind set ended up RICH.
History repeats itself only the scenery changes and the people on the gameboard. What you choose to do will be YOUR choice and ONLY you and YOUR family will have to live with the consequences of all the choices you make, be they good choices or bad… all choices have consequences and with all this being said I leave you to whatever choice YOU and anyone else reading this will make… isn’t FREE WILL great?!
