I’ve been solicited by a company by the name of GEMANCER out of Valencia, CA. They sell a course for $264 that tells you how to find people with bad credit and won’t qualify for a loan. You then hook them up with one of their private money lenders who will make a loan for “just about anybody” as long as they are not presently in an active (non-discharged) bankruptcy AND have been employed for at least one year at the same place.
Please let me know if you’ve heard of this company.

Just got a new come-on from Brian Main purporting to show how to become a zillionaire in weeks but first you have to accept the terms of non-disclosure and no-refunds, no-returns by actual signature before you can see his glorious course written and sold at such a low price as a public service for those already ripped off by others like him. OK fine, for sure, for sure, he’s a valley dude and there is no cure. Well, close enough.

For all you people who have complained and felt cheated by Gemancer (Now doing Business as TradePro Inc) and Monica Schiera a.k.a Monica Schiera-Main… You will be happy to know that she is back in Federal Prison.

You can verify this information at http://www.bop.gov/ using the inmate locator option.

Although Monica is the author of the Real Estate Course and her Commodity Course and her new trading software, the businesses have been under the name of her husband Brian Main and at least for now they appear to still be opened.
