I would aim for at least $20K profit on a basic, low end rehab. On a more complicated job or more expensive property I would aim for higher.

As far as time - the biggest variable is how long it takes to complete the rehab, which I have done in as little as 2 months and as long as 1 year. It really depends on the scope of work. I can’t really be more specific than that.

Do you usually expect average $20k ~ $30k profit?

How many days total from purchase to resale, on the average? 3 months? 4 months?
