The use of an auto-dialer is probably illegal for the manner in which you are using it. There is a very strict FTC rule on the use of auto-dialers for commerical uses. I suggest you research it and find out what you can and cannot due before proceeding further. The penalties can be quite severe for violating this law.

I hate auto dialers but they ARE a good source for leads. We are using one and getting a couple of olks a day but I feel like we should be getting a better response. I have buyers lined up and I HAVE to find some deals using my machine.
Does anyone know of a successful script for buying homes using an auto-dialer? I searched the previous posts and was unsuccessful at locating anything so I will have to yield to a poster who has knowledge of this board. By the way, you guys have some great ideas here!

Why make calls to people who may not even have a house for sale, or be interested in selling? why not get motivated sellers calling YOU?
