Hello,
are Yen mortgages for a commercial portfolio of some SFH, a duplex and a 4-plex available? I started to buy 15 months ago. Each property was improved and is now rented.
Am looking for a commercial loan based on a new appraisal. No debt and property taxes are prepaid for the year. Every property was remodeled and is now rented by a PM company.
Hope there will be an alternative to hard money.
