Kristine,

Not to mention referring to a quit claim deed as a “quick deed.”

That would raise a flag or two for me also.

Has anyone heard of these guys? I heard a radio commerical for them last night and was trying to fiqure them out. Are they investors who are saying they are “mediators”. They came off really well in the commercial, I’m sure they’re getting hundreds of quality phone calls a day.

I found the site quite frightening. But I’m not in foreclosure. I wouldn’t trust anyone with a professional web site with that many grammatical and spelling errors. Not to mention referring to a quit claim deed as a “quick deed.”

I’m sure they will get a lot of calls. And they say their fee is as low as $600 and as high as $2000. Hmm, I wonder if there is any LIEN against one’s property involved?

I’m curious how it really works. Sincerely, Kristine

Yeah I heard it last night also. I was interested in seeing what they did so I went to the site. It looks like all they do is talk to the banks
