Excellent, Informative, and a must for any REI who wants to get into the multi unit properties. His approach is probably the single most impacting approach to my real estate carreer so far. His philosophy is smaller multi units as the way to financial freedom, and he is absolutely correct. I would like for you to email me after you hear him speak and let me know how you feel afterwards.
