You need a contract for deed, escrow of deeds, a truth in lending disclosure and HUD-1 closing statement. You could close this at a title company, but you can do it without, but I would at least recommend you use an attorney to close it.
I am looking at selling my house with a wrap mortgage on a Contract for Deed in Missouri. I have read all the posts on the site that refer to wrap but I need more details. Do we need to do anything with Title insurance or title company? When we close do we need a title company? What documents are needed? Thanks in advance!
