It’s apparent that you’re a seasoned experienced investor who is doing a volume business.

You are definitely a good candidate for a WLOC. You’re going to have to have another exit strategy other than selling on a Lease/Option. Remember that a WLOC is short term financing.

Therefore you could buy the houses on the line and sell them or you could refinance them off the line and lease/option them.

we have been investing in real estate for 15 yrs or so. we buy about 12 houses and lease op them per year. just went over 1m net worth. any suggestions for obtaining a working line of credit to do bigger or possibly more deals. please any suggestions. thanks much michael carman in the midwest
