Hi

I’m looking at a 1996 redman double wide mobile home in central Florida. The owner tells me that it is a wind zone 1 mobile home. This doesnt make any sence to me because as I understand it all mobiles built and/or installed in Florida after 1994 have to be wind zone 2 homes? is this correct or am I wrong? Thanks

Erro

If you look at the new wind zone map some parts of the center of the state are wind zone 1 the wind zone is determined by the location in the state the closer you are to the coast the higher the wind zone. You also have diffrent classification of wind zone c or d
