wills for estate deed, multiple siblings - Posted by Tom

My father passed away in 91’, His last will and testament included everything he owned willed to me. In 96’ I signed over the property to my mother (his wife) for tax relief purposes (homestead exemption)where she has resided to date. She is currently elderly and suffering from numerous afflictions which could end miserably for the family.
The title or deed to the property in question had numerous siblings listed dating back to 1958. Currently there are only 3 living from an original 7 siblings living (plus a few children and grandchildren of those deceased)
My mothers will and last testament reverts the property back to me in the event of her passing. My 1/2 sister (not on the title) who has POA is attempting some bizzare twists to possibly force the sale of the real estate mentioned to circumvent her having to utilize funds set aside for the treatment of our mother. (possibly including medicare/medicaid fraud)This is a real mess and I am eventually going to have to clean it up. Any advice would be appreciated…
