Hi,
Pls. advice me as to why this book " Alternative Real Estate Financing: How to Acquire Real Estate with Little or No Cash, Credit, or Personal Liability " is not for Texas.
I am from Texas and never done any real estate investment, or buying and selling etc.
I lost my job a month ago and I can use any good advice from you to make a reasonable living doing real estate.
The subjects I found that interested me on this book is
How to?? Work the foreclosure with no competition
Leverage yourself with partners credit
Use land trust,IRA and 1031 etc
Buy beautiful homes with no credit or proof of
income.
pls. help me if you can, with advices and recommendations to make one deal so I can afford to buy all of your books . I can promise you that.
