My freind was widowed.Her husband owned their home before they married.She co signed on the second mortgage.He didnt have a will and has 2 astrainged children.5 lawyers ! cant seem to answer this simple question.What rights does she have to the home?We have herd se has rights to half of the estate.And that she has only 30,000 claim to the estate.Etc Etc.And today a lawyer said she has no claim to the house.This has been going on now for over a year.Pleas help us.Thank you so much.Were in AZ
