Hi everyone:
I was wondering, why is it taking longer and longer for properties to sell in the Chicago market? Properties that are over 500K are taking a long time to sell (typical wait time is 9 months to almost 18 months). What is going on? Does this mean that the so called “bubble” is about to burst?
