Never read the book but if it involves marketing your property to a bunch of rehabbers (as a wholesaler) so that you can get the highest possible price, my experience tells me it won’t work.
Most of the serious rehabbers and buyers I know (‘serious’ meaning those who actually close on time with all cash - including me) don’t like to feel that they are being prodded to ‘up their bid’ to out do the next bidder. They want to feel that if they met your price and are ready to buy, you are ready to sell.
Rehabbers are entrepreneurs and operate differently from the average home buyer.
