Hi,

I’m looking for a way to buy and wholesale REOs to an end buyer. Since I cannot assign the contract, I have heard I can use a private lender that will charge me 2 points to close and then I can sell to my end buyer.

I have done some research online and cannot find any such type of private lender (most charge much higher fees). Any suggestions?
