If you can get a list of dealers and park owners from your states Manufactured Housing Association you can make contact with al of them!

I’ve recently began investing in mobile homes about 6 months ago and have found that wholesaling has been the best strategy so far. I’ve bought 5 homes using a bill of sale and recently started using a generic contract to purchase real estate just because it seems to highlight the earnest money for the contract.
I’ve searched through some of the archives here and saw some information that I already knew such as writing “as or assigns” but is there a better way to do this? Could this be also done using a power of attorney?
One last question, does anyone have any recommendations on how to build a better buyers list? Craigslist has been my only real success and road signs.
