Yeah The Gurus differ on their opinions but the basics fundamentals are the same. A lot of people have a big problem with this, They think If its not the way they were taught then its got to be wrong. That couldnt be farther from the truth. WHOLESALING 101:

  1. Find seller
  2. get property under contract
  3. wholesale to investor

Its all the same Its how they go about working these steps THATS WHERE THE CONFUSION COMES IN. Find a technique you can identify with and stick to it.

I would suggest picking up one of the wholesaling courses available on e bay.

I would suggest looking on E bay they have some good wholesaling courses I picked up Eric medemar’s Ultimate Wholesaling system on there, along with Vena Jones’s wholesaling system
