It all depends on your tax basis and your investment strategy so suggest you get with a compentent tax attorney or CPA to help you with that since I can not give out tax advice. LLC is what is popular right now. If you main focus is flipping usually C corp or S corp are better suited for that endeavor. I’m in Houston, Texas and I have flipped a few properties without a busines entity. I was wondering how should I setup my business, with a S-Corp or C-Corp? Also how do I setup a Land Trust?
