We have a property that is goin to close escrow o the 16th.
We are trying to wholesale the deal to another investor,
but we dont have an assignable contract nor can we do a
double close due to the property being a REO. The problem
is that this is a cash purchase and we dont have the funds.
Does anyone have any suggestion on how we ca close this
