you will need to buy from the owner. You need to find him, and to be able to solve whatever problems that he is having fast. Most likely this will involve some back payments, and some legal expenses. That is if you can find him. Good hunting, time is wasting so get busy and find him quick.

While farming my area i located abandon property ,during process of inspecting exterior i found mail(padlocks on doors). The mail is from Lawyers notifying of forclosure within 45days.Can i still purchase even though homeowner is in the wind? Is this letter from lawyers w/ mortgage info of any value to me?
