Heard that there are folks out there being paid to watch for Land Contracts being recorded.
Then they call the loan companies to let them know of the encumberence.
Has anyone else heard about this & if so — what does the loan company do next ?!?

A lot of these can be traced back to the clown who peddles the PacTrust. Scares people into buying into his ridiculous and unnecessary gimmick.
