I think there are a few real estate investment clubs in the state that already have a database of their local members. I am a member of the SCREIA group in Myrtle Beach. Greenville and Columbia also have fairly large clubs.

I’ve seen several people posting from around this area and I know there are a lot more that are just browsers. I’m hoping to make a database of Investors from SC in hopes that some of us can work together in the future. If you would e-mail me your name and contact info and your “specialty” or what your intrested in I would be more then happy to include you and send you a copy of the database. I think this is something that would be good for everyone and If it works out good for SC I would be willing to do one for surrounding states.
