All these new info marketers coming out of Florida, it’s hiliarous they all come from the same area at the same time. After doing some quick research, 1 hasn’t been actively wholesaling in at least 18 months, anothers killer “lease option” must have meant I paid full price and got a mortgage to prove it. Another rehabber lost 12 properties back to his hard money lender…

Buyer beware, but know the full story too. Everything is just about public record these days. I personally like the ones that skip info marketing and just go out there and keep doing deals.

First, he hasn’t been convicted of anything. A conviction is given for the commission of a crime. Joe has not been charged with committing a crime. He was sued by the WA AG office for engaging in business practices they felt were unfair to the general public.

I guess if you’d like the AG’s perspective Jack, you’ll have to pull the docket and review the initial complaint as well as subsequent motions and supporting briefs they filed.
