I’m so overwhelmed and behind I finally bit the bullet and called my accountant. I told him I was making NO progress on getting last years taxes ready and could he send up an accountant to get me caught up on '04 and set up so I wouldn’t have the same problem for '05.
She’s coming next Wednesday ($55/hr YOUCH!) I also need to buy Quickbooks.
QUESTION:
What version of Quickbooks do you experienced guys recommend for this business? Does it make a difference? Basic? Pro? Premier? Which?
PERTINENT INFO:
I did about six deals last year.
I’ve done about 10 so far this year.
I’ve changed my strategy to include rentals in addition to just buy / sell / finance.
