The ABC of Subject To by Charlie and Randy France is excellent for beginners and experienced investors alike.
I have high praises for Bill Bronchicks courses also. I believe you need to look at the price and decide. The Frances course is expensive, and worth every penny and more. But if you cannot afford the higher price, Bronchick’s course will give you all the information need to start.
Buy one, do a deal or two, then buy the other.
