you should be looking for property sellers and getting your financial package in order. There is nothing more frustrating than finding a motivated seller with a property that cash flows and then not getting the money you need.
I’m looking to start into the business. My question is should I pick out my buy first, or concentrate on getting getting the money for this before talking to a seller?
