Eric thanks so much for sharing your insight into the courses you purchased!!! While I have yet to decide on which L/O material to purchase I have to agree with you regarding Sue & Chuck DeFiore. Their customer service is impressive. They responded quickly and honestly to my questions.
It seems the 3 courses would make a great team but unfortunately I can’t pull that much $ out of my pocket right now. Hey Eric, can you lend me a few bucks? At the rate you’re going you’ll be pitching REI seminars soon.
Your post regarding where to find Chuck and Sue was deleted but I’ll give it another whirl.
Which of the 3 Lease Options courses on this site… - Posted by Sonia

…would you recommend FIRST for someone who is just starting out on L/Os: Legrand’s, Bronchick’s, or Kaiser’s?
I emphasized “FIRST” because I gather that there is no
one course that is, shall we say, complete, and so I know
I will eventually have to get a 2nd (or maybe a 3rd) course
as I go along and learn.
In the meantime, I can only afford to get 1, so which
course should I get first? As I’ve said, I’m new to L/Os.

Well. I just bought joes course. If you dont know anything about lease options. dont get his FIRST. He teachs a strategy for it, not about it. I found this out after I bought it, luckily i had the sheets course and I can refer to that. I am not telling you not to buy it… you should, later… when you know how lease options work.

Sonia,
First off, I don’t have any of these courses, nor have I done any L/O’s. But I have been considering it, and have done a fair amount of research. From what I have heard, it sounds like Bronchick’s course would be a better first course than is Kaiser’s. As far as LeGrand’s, I’m really not sure. But Kaiser’s course sound like an excellent course as well, and a must have once you get your feet wet.

Sonia,
I have just completed the Kaiser, Bronchick, and DeFiore L/O courses this week (am a fast study), having gone through C/S course the week before as a baseline
(all excellent, BTW).
Without question, Kaiser hits it out of the ball park if your end result is to generate revenue right away, and you want good grasp of:
Effective communication and subsequent face to face relationships vis a vis you and the seller, you and the prospective tenant.
How to filter, eliminate wasted time and money. Course is extremely focused, yet flexible enough to
incorporate modifications and related approaches.
Direct, honest methods of marketing and closing business versus ‘salesy’ type, ‘100-different-ways-to-shoot-in-the-dark’ methods.
If the goal is the bigger picture, or an academic grasp of lease options, there are better resourses. If the goal is to get from point A to point B, Kaiser wins.
Also particularly like his talent for getting to the point in 2 or 3 words what others take to say in hundreds.
I found the Bronchick course a thin on actually developing and closing business, but stronger in the legal aspects, documentation, and thoroughness on the bigger picture.
The DeFiore course, also thin on the business developent aspect, is extremely thorough and well done on lease options as a home-based business. Also very long on support of the customer (me), and very responsive.
