thanks for the information. Have you bought both courses?
Also, it seems like Ben Innes course is soley on marketing, while Roop’s covers EVERYTHING from marketing to structuring the deal.Am I correct?

I’m just getting started in the real estate investing world and was thinking of purchasing a home study course. SO far Im leaning towards Richard Roops “How to Collect 5-Figure Paychecks Buying and Selling Houses: Get Motivated Sellers to Call You!”

Have you done a deal? Roop’s material assumes you are not a novice. It’s a little pricey.

A top notch marketing course for the $$ is Ben Innes Ker Motivated Seller Magnet. Google it and get it for less than $200. One of the best around.
