Which Foreclosure Study Course Should I Purchase?? - Posted by Boligee

…investing in any area in which Joe Kaiser provided information and NOT having it.

My reccommendation, if you are into L/O get his L/O course, if you are into Mechanics Liens get that…and from what I have heard…if you are even considering foreclosures his Foreclosure course is a MUST HAVE.

I do not pursue foreclosures at this point in time but I have been around this board for a while now and have seen numerous long term foreclosure investors (15-20 yrs) say it’s absolutely the best. Judgeing from the courses I have already that Joe has authored, I’d be dumb to doubt it. You can bet anything he writes will end up on my shelf soon.

I just could not imagine investing in foreclosures without his stuff.

Good Luck,

I am interested in pursuing foreclosures and need to purchase a study course that would allow me to hit the ground running.Things such as Street smart techniques born from heavy actual usage that within themselve incorporate sound theory without the added “fluff stuff” is what I am looking for. Joe Kaiser? Who? Guys, I need your help on this one because I am ready to move on this thing. I have done a lot of study on lease options via Bronchick and is quite pleased with the material. Now I am ready for the next step.

Thanks!

As Scott says, anything from Joe Kaiser you will want to obtain. I do have Joe’s Foreclosure course and frankly it is the best course on any real estate topic I have ever seen.
