Where can I go to learn how to do deals from a to z without paying thousands in those expensive seminars?

I have been in this business almost 30 years and I have not seen a better place to learn all about R.E. than this site. Read everthing on it every day. Your local REIA is also an excellent source.

Get a few books on basic real estate investing. There are a bunch of them out there. They are very inexpensive (less than $10.00 online) they will give you a place to start.

This site is good to expand on the basics.

Also check out the library. I would suggest sticking to books less than 10 years old.
