I am looking for someone to purchase my mortgage and then sell it back to me at a lower interest rate and payments…I have recently become disabled and can no longer get up with my payment as they are…I need someone to obtain a loan with their good credit and sell it to me to where I can afford it…do you or anyone you might know that can help me financially without taking advantage of me…thank you

Hello Pat,
The answer is pretty simple really. Cash flow notes lie all around you! But the question is too simplistic. A better way to look at it would be, “How can I find note holders who NEED to sell their cash flows, and what will I do with them once I find them??!!”
Those are the questions that are going to matter to you, if you intend to run a profitable cash flow business. To run around trying to find notes, without having some basic conceptual understanding and game plan addressing the two questions I posed above… well, if you are filed as a 503(c) “nonprofit organization”, that approach might be worthwhile. But for most folks, it proves to be both fruitless, and frustrating.
Better to learn a few basics about what to do with notes once you get them; then set up a marketing plan tailored to your capabilities and constraints. And you can get to point fairly easily right here in CREOnline’s web site!
First place to start would be to get a simple basic note course that covers a lot of ground on both finding notes, and what to do with them once you do find them. Several courses you should at least look at considering, include Terry Vaughan’s “Paper Into Gold”, Jon Richards “How To Start A Profitable Discounted Note Business”, Russ Dalbey’s “Winning In The Cash Flow Business”, and Broadbent/Rosenberg’s classic “Owner Will Carry”. On just a pure marketing basis, Jon Richards has just recently introduced his new course, "Every Single Profitable Note Marketing Idea In The World (almost) at a very low price…
Also, you can explore a great deal of existing discussion on your topic right here, by utilizing the “Search” engine feature at the top of this Forum, and utilizing keywords from your inquiry here… “finding notes”, “how do I find notes”, “marketing” are some of the keywords that can load you up with the kind of information you are looking for here.
