The best place to find notes that I’ve found is to go to your county recorders office, hard yes but not many people are willing to spend the time doing it so there is a lot of untouched notes that are just waiting to be purchased. Second, I’d suggest buying a list from a reputable company that you know you can trust and one that doesn’t sell the same list twice.
