Hi,

Do you know where to buy Ray’s Deal Maker Guide for mobile home park? I’ve placed an order with creonline, but then Lori told me that they no longer print it. :frowning: Then I tried eBay and google. Not much luck so far.

If you have a copy, can I borrow it for a few days (I’m in Chicago area)? I’ll make a copy and return it to you. I’m willing to split the price that you paid for this course. Please help.

I updated the MHP book last year as a special request for a speaking engagement. I was surprised at the interest, and also that people remembered I wrote it.

Since then I have had a number of requests for the course. I’ve also seen an uptick in the number of calls I get from folks who are working park deals. Recessions are good for that… affordable housing never goes out of style.

I will send Jeanne the info this week to get it in the bookstore.

Personally. I’d avoid copying the material as it is still protected under it’s copywrite.

What I’ve done successfully in the past is set up a “saved search” on eBay. You can set it up to email you when. for example, there is an auction with “Ray Alcorn” in the title. This eBay feature has helped me acquire some rare titles.

Thanks for the eBay tip. Honestly I would be happy to buy outright from anyone who wants to sell. For me, I usually don’t sell good materials. That’s why I thought nobody would sell it to me. I’ll try your eBay trick.
