You do realize there are other ways to make money than real estate right? I would not be a bit surprised to find Johnboy teaching and Houserookie trading stocks or owning his own casinos by now.
Rookie made his money in selling patents to internet companies and Johnboy the guru in real estate.
I don’t think you’ll either of these guys with regular jobs.

BTW, it’s been over 10 years since I worked in dry cleaning as a JOB! I’ve owned several of them for 10 years since then and have been out of that business completely for over a year!
