Hi everyone! I was wondering where you find people/companies that buy notes on mobile homes? Also, is there a way to figure how much cash to sell the note for?
Thanks! :o)

SASSYCAT –
Here is a company that I know about.
FINANCIAL PRIVATE NOTES SOLD & PURCHASED
“We buy existing mobile home notes, with or without land as security. We are investors, not brokers. We normally buy partials: That is we buy a portion of the future cash flow on a performing note, usually between 65 and 75%. We can quote a note within 24 hours, and close within a day or two or satisfactory review of existing documents. We do business nationwide.”
