Hi! I am an ABA approved paralegal who currently performs freelance work for a real estate abstracting company, and I am very familiar with reviewing mortgage, conveyance, foreclosure and other forms for pertinent information. I have tried marketing to local investor?s clubs, but have had no luck. Can someone please tell me where else I may be able to sell foreclosure and/or new homeowner leads?

I am not a lawyer, so I am asking. Isn’t there some legal issue with divulging information on a person’s mortgage before it becomes public record?

If it is just info. on homes with forclosure filings, then we can get the info. ourselves and don’t need to pay for it. Could you clarify?
