If you can share some specifics with us (property type, state, asking cap rate) there may be some interest among our audience. NNN properties are highly desireable in the ComRE world.
The category killer for listing commercial property for sale is Loopnet (www.loopnet.com). One tip… a detailed listing (address, income and tenant name) will get immediate response from brokers and buyers looking for just that type of property. It is also wise to have a follow-up package ready to email to those who inquire.
