Have a deal in NJ, id like to find an investor who can put up the down payment of 120K. It is a 5 unit multi fam and id like to structure this so that it is a 50 50 deal, i do all the work, find the deals, lease, and manage the deals.
I already have a few in place, all I need is someone to put up the down payment of 20%.
The investor would get approx. 15% returns on each deal.
Anyone know where I can find this?

If your deal’s so golden bring in a friend as he/she’ll ostensibly already know you and perhaps even trust you.
