Where are the best rates for investors? - Posted by Luis

Luis,

It depends on the deal, and the qualifications of the borrower of course. That’s why brokers have different costing. Luis, the difference between an Owner Occupied and an None Owner Occupied, is about ½ of a % as a rule of thumb. What happens is many investors have multiple properties, which then requires secondary financing.

I have made a deal and am now looking for financing. I kills me to see some rates on the net as low as 6.125 only to find out that is for an owner occupied deal. Any sugguestions on finding great rates for investors?
