In 2004, when I moved to my city in Florida, everybody had an ?I Buy Houses? placard either on their car, truck, or trailer. Let?s fast forward to 2010. I do not see any of these placards. My county has one of the highest unemployment and home foreclosure rates in the state of Florida.
Port St. Lucie, Florida is located 35 miles south of my home. The local real estate investors club has shut down their website. Ten years ago, Port St. Lucie was called America?s fastest growing city, a real estate boom town, a model for future city growth?etc. Today, it has one of the worst foreclosure problems in the state.
That being said, where are all the ?I Buy Houses? placards, and to a lesser extent, the orange business cards?
According to all of the gurus, now is the best time to be an investor.

I know a stand up guy thats upside down in over 20 SFR’s right now. Negative cash flow, stuck in Hard Money Loans, upside down big time. He is on the sidelines and will be for years.
That being said, if someone has a little money, cand is not scared, we are in a market that is begging for investors to step in and cash flow.

Where have you been the last couple of years? Those you speak of where not investors more like want-a-bes and speculators.
The one good thing about this market it has cleaned out the want-a-bes and only the true investors have survived.

all they had to do was put that sign on their car and
then bags of cash would suddenly appear on their
doorstep.
They didn’t realize it actually took…EFFORT?!!
That means there is significantly less competition, so
good news for you.
