is probably on your doorstep every morning… or at least no farther than the corner newstand or convenience store.
Get all the papers, especially the throw aways local to your area…and read the Manufactured Homes For Sale section in every one of them… and go look at all the ones similar in age, size, bedrooms, etc. to yours. Once you’ve looked at a dozen or so homes you’ll have some idea what yours is worth.
For me to tell you what I think it’s worth would be giving you false information… I’m in Texas, you are in Illinois… there’s probably a difference in our markets.
Bottom line is…to know prices, you have to know YOUR market.
