Hi DC,
I once wondered that as well. I found out a
couple of years ago whan I called to have one of his
companies do my taxes so I could save money. They
told me that there were a bunch of people across the
country trying to sue him so he sold all his companies
and retired. He gave up trying to help people who did
not want to help themselves.

I believe I read somewhere that he is now deceased. Can anyone confirm that?

His two books, “Wealth Without Risk” and “More Wealth Without Risk” were very popular.

He died in 1997 after a long battle with cancer. He was in personal bankruptcy at or near the time of his death.

He is in fact deceased–I saw an obit in Time magazine about 18 months ago. His books are excellent.
