look at blind owner ship of the entity via a trust or someone else to list as the manager.
I am doing basically the same thing (other than MH) and am using a LLC.
Check out if you can use a delaware series LLC which has some very strong advatages to it.

I am looking to start my business and wondering what type I should go with.I will be utilizing rentals, flipping, rehabbing and Mobile homes. I was thinking an LLC would be best after doing some research(2 weeks worth)on this site.Would someone think I should pick something different?I would also like to keep things hidden from my ex-wife also since she would love to go after any profit I made.
