You have a property that is listed with an agent and you want to flip it to another investor what should you tell the listing agent if you want to close at a title company of your choice?

Just put language in the special provisions portion of the sales agreement: Settlement will be conducted by [name of title company]. Settlement to take place on or before [date].

Tell the agent that you reserve the right to direct title and escrow. Some people just have preferences, this is yours.
