There are alot more people in america today who can afford a $300 payment than a $800 payment. Also, you can pay a mobile home off , if not with cash, just a few years and start taking some profits, instead of a stick built house taking 15 to 20 years.

I’m familiar with brick home rentals but am also interested in MH’s. I’ve read DOW and Investing in MH with Land. Would love some experienced advice!

Thanks

Tod

I’d have to agree with Scott, get out there and look at some mobiles. Look at ten and I promise you that you will stumble in to a deal, look at twenty and you find one that you just can’t say no to! The numbers are a lot more forgiving than stick built and I think you’ll like it IF you try it. =)

Best wishes,

I’d say it’s time to go look for a seller with a problem you can solve and get paid for it.
