1st you need to know “Why” you want to do this…
Believe me, you need a very strong enough “why”
to be in this business coz you gonna face many
challenges…and if you don’t have strong enough
“why” you gonna quit very easily…
That’s my advice…find out your “why” and the “how”
will take care itself…

I’ve read countless books and am also waiting for steven cook’s video course on wholesaling and retailing and I’m excited to dive in but before I do I would like to now should I build an extensive buyers list before looking for properties?Should I prepare a business plan before approaching lenders?I plan to begin real estate investing by wholesaling to build up my cash reserves before I try any other form of investing.Any advice would be appreciated.
